Poor service

I'm not happy at all with your services it's been 2 days waiting for my delivery. You say u attempted to bring my parcel yesterday. When you did not this morning I got a call that my parcel is coming. I waited at the police station till now 17:00 and I used my airtime to call and dpd said you will get back to me. And nothing was done and no one came back to me.

I'm really disappointed in your courier services.
