Poor Service

This is the worst courier company I have ever seen. The driver does not phone if they need some from you he had been to my place before and then I had to wait another day to get my parcel. The staff is nit very helpful all the say we are sorry but i uave to understand... what is sorry going to help fix the problem. What must I understand about their bad service.
