Poor service!!!!

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable service I received when contacting your call centre today regarding my Ackermans order.

Earlier today, I contacted your support line and was assisted by a consultant named Yvette. Unfortunately, the interaction was extremely unprofessional. While I was still explaining my situation, she continuously spoke over me, did not allow me to finish my sentences and showed no willingness to understand the issue I was raising. She then decided that she will hang up the call on me whilst i was still talking!!!!!

Clear I’m too black for her to be able to assist me or even hear my concerns! How the hell does one hang up a damn call i made with my money????

Immediately after the call ended, I phoned again and was assisted by a second consultant, who handled my query with patience, professionalism, and a willingness to help. This clear difference between the two consultants raises serious concerns about consistency in your customer service standards.
