Poor service

If I could give zero stars I would. Received a message at 7.15am saying that the driver was out out for delivery and that I was the next stop. I've been waiting all day and called to query when it would be delivered. I was informed that the parcel was not out for delivery but at the depot. I was told the driver tried to deliver yesterday, but received no call. Very disappointing, am unsure why this company is still in business with all the poor reviews.
