Poor Service

I am still waiting from my order. Accordingly to the SMS it was supposed to be delivered yesterday by Santho Motlhamme, I had to trace my parcel again again this morning to see that they couldn't deliver yesterday, I then received another SMS that my parcel is out for deliver again. what beats me is how you people do not communication to at least let us do other errands. We waited all day at home for an order that was not delivered, not call or email, nothing.
