Poor poor service

The call Centre agent literally started playing music while I was expressing my frustrations. My delivery was supposed to be done on the 7th of September but with no communication prior the delivery date changed to the 11th. On the 11th the delivery was never done , again no communication. I had to call only to find out that their driver **** and said he couldn't get hold of me. It's the 12th and still no delivery.
