Poor Poor Customer Service from DPD Laser Courier

I ordered a parcel from My runaway on January 26th and it was arranged that I will receive it in 1-3 working days. Those days passed and I called the courier that is delivering the parcel and they said I will receive my parcel last week Friday 3th of February anytime from 08:00AM to 18:30. During the day I received an sms from them saying that my parcel will be delivered by Kgalema Baitsiwi with the vehicle registration no JJ32ZKGP to my home address...as the time approached that evening, I called in to check where the parcel was and they said it will be delivered the very same day Friday, I waited and waited but I did not receive any parcel nor a call to say they won't deliver as promised. Monday the 6th of February I called in again to check what happened on Friday because I did not receive my parcel and they said I was nowhere to be found their driver called me I was not available. Which is a lie because I did not see any missed call. They promised t deliver today Tuesday 7th of February, I waited the whole day waiting for my parcel to be delivered, as time went by I kept on calling them to check when am I getting my parcel because I am supposed to get it today...all they said is " their tracking system is offline I must call after 5-10 min of which I did but no luck and no delivery was made. Some of the consultants are very rude, they don't know how to speak to clients.

DPD Laser is worse, they are full of lies and empty promises. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. THEIR SERVICE IS VERY VERY POOR. COMPANY'S SHOULD STOP USING THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL END UP LOOSING CLIENTS BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY.
