Poor delivery service

Waiting for my Shein parcel, received a call from the driver yesterday he was in Blairgowrie. Said that he is not going to drive 7km to Albertville another driver will deliver tomorrow because it is not his area. Today no delivery I left my daughter at home because they say the will deliver......... Absolute bull dust that they ate now saying I was not available for delivery but in the meantime the driver was to lazy to deliver.
