Poor Delivery Service

Extremely poor service. My order was delayed for four days due to 'insufficient' contact details, yet no one attempted to call me for clarification. When I finally went to collect the parcel myself, I was initially given the wrong package. The lack of communication and attention to detail is unacceptable.
