Poor customer service by DAWN WING / DPD Laser

My order was collected by Dawn Wing at Myruway to their Johannesburg branch and my expected delivery date was 16 March 2022. Two days later my parcel is still not delivered and when I call Dawn Wing the consultant told me that there is a guy named Lesetja who has not allocated my parcel for delivery therefore without Lesetja there is nothing they can do.
