Poor customer service

The communication of this courier company leaves much to be desired. The details on the tracker per the website is incorrect, it states that recipient could not be contacted however I did not receive any call.. further, there is a 15-20 minute waiting time to speak to a call centre agent and when you are finally able to speak to them they are not able to tell you when your parcel will be delivered…
