Poor courier service

I am livid! Its been a week and my parcel was meant to be collected and nothing!!! I have been at the location all day every day and no one comes to collect!!! But, they put on the system that I was not available! Complete lies! The call centre does nothing to escalate the issue! This is the worst service I have ever received!
