Poor communication, unreliable service

Parcel was supposed to be delivered today by 6PM. Received an email early this afternoon saying that they're unable to deliver my parcel today. I emailed them asking why the delivery failed and they never responded. No clear information given as to why they were unable to deliver, and no alternative delivery date given. This is concerning as I do not know when to expect my package.
