Poor communication and service

Received an update SMS around 16h24 notifying that the courier picked my parcel up for delivery to me. I phoned the customer service to confirm the SMS which matched 100%, I asked the lady behind the phone, what is the estimated time of delivery, she said just before 18h30.i asked the lady if is possible for me to have the couriers numbers so I could phone him or her directly but was not provided with, instead she said, "I will send a courier a message to phone you ASAP", I waited until. 20h00 for the delivery which never showed up without any update, mind you I registered a work address hoping the delivery will happen before 16h00 today but dololo, I still don't have my parcel. I am so disappointed in their services. First encounter, very not so impressed.
