I had a very disappointing experience with DPD Laser regarding a parcel I ordered from Amazon South Africa.

My package was marked as “out for delivery” multiple times, yet it was never actually delivered. What makes this worse is the complete lack of communication—there were no updates explaining the delay, no clear tracking information, and no effort to keep me informed about where my parcel actually was.

It feels extremely unprofessional to repeatedly promise delivery and then fail to follow through without any explanation. As a customer, you’re left waiting all day with no clarity, which is both frustrating and inconvenient.

This kind of service reflects very poorly, especially when handling deliveries for a major platform like Amazon. I expected a reliable and transparent service, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

I would not recommend DPD Laser based on this experience unless they significantly improve their communication and delivery reliability.
