Pdp laser driver ***********.

I received a delivery notification about my parcel at 6 in the morning and I waited till 16:00 in the afternoon, the driver then calls to say he has arrived with my delivery but I should call him back to save his airtime then I called and asked him to come to my workplace which is literally less than 3 km away from my flat but he refused telling me has lost of deliveries to do so he will bring it the next day then I get a notification that unfortunately my parcel couldn't be delivered so it will be scheduled for the next run which I do not even know when that is.
