Pathetic/Poor service from DPD Laser

I have been waiting for my package to be delivered for more than 12 days. Each time I called I was told that my number is not going through and that is not true.

I was told that my package will be delivered today before 15:30. If my package is not delivered today by 15:30 please send it back as I don't want it anymore.
