PATHETIC USELESS SERVICE AGENTS

Absolutely pathetic service. I've been calling since since my item was picked up to change the delivery address. 5 times each agent says it's sorted out. UNTIL the driver calls to say he is at my work address and there is no one. I've been on hold for half the freaking day wasting my airtime to get my parcel before Christmas!!!! PATHETIC GET MORE EFFICIENT AGENTS !!!
