Pathetic service, would not recommend

Worst courier service I have ever received. I had to phone 6 times, every time I am on hold for more than 10 minutes wasting my minutes. Still no delivery and now when I go on tracking they say “ package could not be delivered please contact customer service “ And the worst is I urgently needed my package and they just don’t care to help, I was even willing to drive to the driver to get my stuff but they refuse and keep making excuses
