Pathetic Service from DPD Laser

DPD Laser has been nothing but a disaster. My Puma order was handed over to them promptly, yet delivery dates are continuously promised and never met. I was told my parcel would be delivered on 12 December and it wasn’t. On 15 December, tracking showed out for delivery, which again was a lie.

Today I received a message saying delivery was attempted and that the courier would contact me. This is completely false. No courier came to my address and no one contacted me at all.

Your tracking updates are misleading, your communication is dishonest, and your service is ***********. This level of unreliability is unacceptable, especially during December when people are waiting for their orders. I will never use DPD Laser again and will actively warn others against using this courier.
