Pathetic service

This company is not good. I was told that would be receiving my parcel today, just to find out that the driver said he could not get access to our estate. I was never called to get access. He then went on to lie and say that he did call, but there is no record of the call. Now I have to rearrange another day due to them being *********** after paying a delivery fee of R350.
