Pathetic service delivery

Pathetic service; lies; disrespect. Do not use this courier service. Awaiting a package to be collected from the 19th March; it is now the 22nd … in the interim I got a message stating the parcel was not ready for collection which was lies as the driver didn’t even pitch. Called the call centre; was fed lies and another message generated to state a driver would fetch the parcel. I’m still waiting. No communication; no respect and a complete waste for a courier company.
