Pathetic service.

Pathetic service. My parcel was apparently delivered to Amazon, but there’s no proof. Amazon says the delivery was cancelled as they missed their slot, now I can’t get any feedback. You call the call centre and sit in the queue for such a long time only to have the call drop when you are no 1, or the agent says the will call back and then not. Even emails take long to get responded to and then still unsatisfactory.
