Pathetic service and not knowing where package are.

I am waiting for a package to be delivered from the 13th October. On the website it shows that is on-route from the 10th October. I still did not receive the package. When I phoned them yesterday, they said they will update their system and that the package would be delivered yesterday. This morning their system was still showing the 10th October was the last update. I phoned again and they said they will try to find the package and will let me know within the hour. I am still waiting for them.

I don't know how they can be called a courier company.
