Pathetic service.

Bought a gift from Amazon. Was meant to be delivered the next day. Delivery person did not even dial at the gate. Don’t even get a call. They kept sending emails saying they could not deliver. This went on for days. I kept calling them. Dealt with a women named Maud who was extremely rude. She kept cutting the call when I asked for her name and surname. Pathetic company. I wonder how they still in business. The waiting time on a call is over 10mins. And the call center agents have not been trained on customer services. They have no manners.
