Pathetic service

The worst service one can imagine! Try calling the "friendly customer agent" and see how totally useless this is. Using the contact form on the web is of no use either as NO ONE ever calls you back. IF you get through to a call agent they do absolutely nothing to assist you and is quite quick to direct you to someone else, only to be put on hold till the call is cut!
