Pathetic service

Pathetic service from this company!! My package was booked for collection Friday 4 March, your drivers "forgot" to collect it, it is now 9 March still NO DELIVERY and when I contact your Cape Town branch holding the line because I am in a Que and when they do finally answer they tell you to hold on again and drop the line!

I do not recommend this company to handle any of your parcels!
