Pathetic service

I ordered at Game Stores online on the 26th of November 2022 and they handed my parcel to this useless courier company on the 27th of November 2022 according to the tracking information, it has been in their Depot since the 29th of November 2022. I tried calling them and never answered. Sent messages via Facebook and got a response that they are trying to locate my order so that it get re-routed to Middelburg offices then to my place. It's been a month and no order, no communication.
