Pathetic Service

This is my first time dealing with DPD laser and i must say their service is pathetic! I am waiting for 4 days to receive my parcel. Everyday i receive a message parcel undeliverable and then another one parcel is out for delivery. Monday, the driver called me to let me know he was at my gate, i told him to give me 5 minutes i would be there shortly, he did not wait. I contacted their call centre on Tuesday and expressed that i urgently required the parcel, i was promised delivery would be done by 17:00. By 17:00, the driver had still not arrived, i contacted the call centre again and explained the parcel was urgent and requested that i collect it, i was refused this request. It is now Thursday and i still have not received my parcel and the call centre is unreachable. This is totally unacceptable, DPD maybe you should take lessons from the Courier guy on how to deliver sevice. This is totally pathetic, a one star rating is way too much for you.
