Pathetic servic goods don't get delivered

Yhhhoooooo who is the CEO of this unprofessional useless company...I have never been this frustrated in my life.my parcel was supposed to be delivered last week friday on the ***3 every day I'm receiving sms saying my parcel is out on delivery same as their parcel tracker says the same,till today dololo nothing received.i do not understand why they call themselves experts with this pathetic service...this is definitely a horrible company why are they still operating.....yhoooo I'm so shocked by their service...
