Pathetic dont buy from anyone who uses them

Pathetic service! Ordered on cotton on to later recieve a message of failed delivery, I was not even contacted by the driver! Call the contact center only for them to say they entered the wrong address while I ordered using a correct address. I hope I recieve my parcel or he’ll will break lose!
