Pathetic customer service

Package from typo was supposed ro be delivered on the 20th December 22 no calls received from driver. I had call the support center on the 21 Dec held for 20 minutes got to a consultant call got cut no call back. I called on the 22 dec held for 30 minutes got to front of queue only to revert back to call nr 31. Finally the driver called on the 22 dec to tell me he doesn't deliver to my area. I had to call the dispatch office spoke to a lady who said it must be sent to Westrand on Friday n will be courier as urgent delivery on the 24 dec I was given the manager nr for the Westrand but he doesn't answer. Worse service ever cannot contact them to speak to them neither do they contact you back. Called support center twice logged 2 call me back on the item delivery and sent an email query.
