Pathetic!!

Our parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 28th of December. After waiting at home the whole day without ANY form of notification that the parcel will not be delivered (no calls or smsses) I have sent an email to follow up in the delivery. I was promised delivery today (30 December) TWO days after the initial delivery date and guess what!?!?!? NO delivery NO phone call or SMS after sitting at home for the whole day YET AGAIN. Wasting TWO whole days of my holiday!! This leaves me no choice but to contact Cotton On and insist on a refund as I had NO precent to give my nephew for his birthday!! This was utterly humiliating!!
