Pathetic

Extremely pathetic service. Waiting to recieve my package which failed delivery 5 times without them communicating to me why. Called the customer service center and they said they can't find the house so the delivery failed. Why they didn't call me I don't know. They said they will arrange with the driver to contact me beofr delivery to ensure the correct location. Next delivery day no call was made and the delivery failed again. It's been over two weeks now waiting. Might as well just cancel the package at this point
