Patethic service, pathetic drivers

If I could give a 0 out of 5 I would. What a pathetic excuse of a courier company. Unfortunately for us, we are stuck with a sub-par courier service to deliver international orders. The drivers are arrogant, disrespectful and blatant ****s. Causing for parcels to be sent back to the warehouse after they failed to deliver the parcel more than once and they blame you saying the tried to call you and you did not answer. I have the screenshots of my phone logs to prove they did not bother calling me once. Now I have to pay R164 for the useless driver to attempt in delivering my parcel again.
