PARCEL VERYYYY DELAYED

I am sooo unhappy with this com[any and all my parcel from Shein go via them, it is the 8th and I was supposed to receive my parcel on the 2nd and till today I am getting parthetic sms's that they cannot deliver, my parcel has been with them 31st of March. Very unhappy with your service
