Parcel undelivered for two weeks

DPD Laser has to be the worst courier company I have had to deal with and I hope that I don't have to deal with their unprofessional services. I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered for more than two weeks, they firstly delivered my parcel at a wrong address, after I realized their error I followed up and made sure they fetch my parcel, if I didn't tell them that they had lost my parcel they wouldn't have known about it. I am still waiting for my parcel I must say your services is really poor. I hope not to deal with you ever again. Your parcel controls are very poor, you don't even call a person before you deliver, you must be the worst courier company in South Africa
