Parcel not delivered to date 😕

I've never experienced such incompetence in my whole life.I ordered from crocs sa online on the 10th January, on the 12th got a message with a tracking number and link ..I tracked my parcel everyday ,the app is unreliable and keeps saying we have taken note of ur Parcel but the parcel doesn't reach me .Called them ,they hanged up on me ..it has been 2 weeks now and no one is calling me to explain why am I not getting my parcel ..They are very *********** and they don't know the meaning of communication ..I will never order from a shop that uses dpd laser ever again 😒
