Parcel not delivered

It says delivery couldn’t be completed , their phone is not working, I received I missed call from the gate a minute later the driver was gone , these guys phone does not work after trying to call and call in that 1 minutes I couldn’t reach them. Now I’m not sure if even they will deliver again. Disgusted with their service/. I have sent a lot of emails but not one is getting back to me
