Parcel NOT delivered and useless Customer Care service

We are following up on the delivery of parcel by email and phone from more than 2 weeks. Its such an useless Customer Service, they transfer the call, ask us to hold with music, then some one will say will be delivered by today, tuesday, friday...No delivery yet. Not sure if they have sold our parcel. Such a pain with this DPD laser courier service.
