Parcel not being delivered on time

this courier company is so ***********, my parcel was out for delivery on the 18th of January and it was not delivered and I did not receive any communication from them, on the 19th the parcel was out for delivery again and around 16:00 I called their customer services and the lady I spoke with said the parcel will be delivered before 18:30 and yet again the parcel was not delivered. Today I called them again and they said it will be delivered and I am still waiting.
