Parcel never delivered, can't reach the company!

I would give them zero stars if I could! Easily the most atrocious service I have evee received. No care whatsoever in the world. I still don't have my order by the way! Their phones just ring, I was on the line for almost an hour and still nothing! Their *** number is pure useless, so you can't even reach them!
