PARCEL NEGLECT

They failed to collect my order as scheduled, and there was absolutely no communication or update from their side. Trying to contact customer service was extremely frustrating calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and after waiting in the queue for a long time, the call gets disconnected or they hang up without resolving anything. I DONT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!BIGGEST COURIER ****!!!ITS LIKE YOU ARE BEGGING THEM TO USE THEIR BUSINESS!
