Package sent to wrong province????

I placed an order last week on the 3rd of April. We have still not received the order as the parcel was apparently sent to the wrong address??

I gave my address which was confirmed with the order as Western Cape. Instead of this being delivered to Cape Town, it was sent to some address in Johannesburg????

I needed this for my daughter that is going on a camp tomorrow morning! If we knew this was going to happen we would have never placed an online order??

Now no one can tell me by when we will get the order?? Please can this be investigated as to how a package that was meant for the Western Cape be sent from Cape town to Johannesburg and now it needs to come back to Cape Town again?

I need these shoes by today.

I have tried phoning customer care, if i track the parcel it now says that the delivery couldn't take place and that I need to contact customer care which I have done. The info@dpdlaser email box is full so they aren't even getting the emails or complaints???

please advise!
