Package not sent but received an sms that it was out for delivery only for it to still be at the depot. No communication.

I have no idea why Edgar’s is associating themselves with DPD laser. My package was suppose to have been delivered on the 4th of December. On Saturday the 6th I received an sms that my package was on the way for delivery later that day I received an sms that it has been rescheduled. No communication nothing. I have been calling to find out where my package is I am everyday being told it’s still on the floor at the depot and it will be delivered tomorrow. Ever since Monday the 8th. There is no accountability I emailed them on Monday 8th have not received any feedback. It’s been exactly 14 days today of no delivery. And no accountability. Just reiterating that they have a backlog. This is a formal complaint for them to start acting like a professional service provider.
