Package lost and refusing to refund me

The driver lost my package the company is refusing to refund me or admit that they lost my package. I spoke to so many agency with no luck . The driver is rude and even called me names. I am not sure if I will get my money or my package it's been a month now dealing with this company I don't know what to do anymore.

I spoke to Tumi, faith and Thembi and a lot of agency's and they not giving any answers or directions.
