Package being delivered for days now

Given the 910 (now 911) 1 stars, this makes sense. Never have I dealt with a more slow courier in myventire existence. Next time, put the packages on turtles and it may be a speedier delivery. I waited home all day after calling to confirm if my parcel would be delivered today... only to see online (no phoʼne call, no email, no confirmation) that they CAN'T deliver today at 17:30.... so bad, so so bad. How can I rate this minus ***?
