****** PACKAGE AND LIES

I made an order on ADIDAS online and the package was handed to DPD Laser and I have been tracking it until it reach PE. On the 22nd January at 8h30 got notification that package is out on delivery which driver called me at 14h30 saying hes coming and I waited for hours he never arrived. I called the customer care 3 times alerting them that we close the institution at 16h15 and I have been waiting for my package and they said they will escalate to the branch. At 17h24 when I am home I get notification that my package was delivered and signed by me. The driver stole my package and now its been days of investigation with no feedback. I am tired I need my package and I am going to open a case against the driver and the company as I have all the details. This has caused me stress especially since no feedback its been days with no update and I keep calling.
