Outrageous Demands.

I paid $173 (R2300) for express couriers and the company I ordered from decided to use DPD. Even after this cost their service desk sent me several documents demanding information that I don’t have and threatening me with a R5000 fine if I don’t submit Ina few days. I have my own information but there are codes and information I simply don’t have. In 26 years of shopping online from global companies I have NEVER had a single courier demanding I fill in these clearance forms. And ism talking about 100s of purchases. All they do is send me the bill for VAT and Import Duties which I can pay online. This is a ludicrous position to put crude customer in.by DPD. It is outrageous.
