Order not delivered!

I have had such a terrible experience with DPD and their driver Zusakhe Fono who has failed to deliver my Cotton On parcel on three different days. The parcel will now be sent back to Cotton On because he has **** and said he hasn’t been able to get in touch with me on three different days (how is that even possible?). I have received zero calls from this driver. They were first meant to deliver on Friday, and I didn’t hear from him. Same thing happened on Monday. I then called DPD yesterday explaining that their driver was being dishonest and asked that they assign my parcel to a different driver. I was assured that this would be relayed to the depot the parcel was being dispatched from and that didn’t happen. I called at 16:30 today because I had still not heard from the driver, I was told that they had told him to make sure I receive my parcel today. I asked the person I was talking to what would happen if the driver decided to not deliver my parcel again and lie about not being able to get hold of me like he has the other two days, I was told that since it would be the third attempt, the parcel would be sent back to the sender. I essentially received no help from them after multiple calls since yesterday to ensure that everything was in order for me to receive my parcel today. Their service has been the worst I’ve ever received from any courier company. Cotton On should look at using a different, reliable company instead of these useless people.
